Angers Premiers Plans European FF

Angers spotlights new European filmmakers with screenings of 100 first European films, presented in 5 competitive sections. The festival accepts student films, first short films and first feature films. Films must have been produced during the two years before festival. Features section open to the second film of European directors, as long as the first film is unreleased in France at the time of the festival
