Three Dutch films on show in Cairo

The feature films Tiramisu by Paula van der Oest, Dunya and Desie by Dana Nechushtan and The Last Days of Emma Blank by Alex van Warmerdam are part of the 2nd edition of the “Panorama of the European Film” programme in Cairo, Egypt.

“Panorama of the European Film” aims to promote initiatives, meetings and exchanges between Mediterranean and European film professionals and allows the Egyptian public to discover new films from Europe and have a better understanding of the reality and cultures of European countries.

“Panorama of the European Film” is organised by Misr International Films (Youssef Chahine & Co) in cooperation with EuroCineMed and with the help of Holland Film. Screenings take place in Cairo, at Cinema Stars (Citystars), Omar Ibn El Khattab St. Heliopolis, from December 16 till December 22, 2009.
