An intimate film about the relationship between a mother and a son whose lives are drifting apart. When Damiaan passes his university exams he leaves the parental house to live on his own. His mother, Aleid, who raised him after the death of his father, finds a new love, Roel, who lives on a ship. When Aleid decides to move in with Roel, everything changes. There is no parental house anymore and mother and son lose sight of each other. How can their love survive? (90’, 35mm).
